    NEW DELHI: India's army says it has carried out "surgical strikes" against suspected militants along the de-facto border with Pakistan in Kashmir.     SRIHARIKOTA: Scripting success on the maiden operational flight of its heavy-duty rocket fitted with the indigenous cryogenic upper stage, India today launched its advanced weather satellite INSAT-3DR onboard GSLV-F05 from the spaceport here.
