Hyderabad, 18th Oct 2025: Reinforcing its commitment to advancing emergency and critical care education in India, CARE Hospitals, Banjara Hills, in collaboration with the Society for Emergency Medicine India (SEMI), hosted the “Basics to Advances in Airway & Breathing (A.B.) Workshop” — a hands-on clinical training program designed to equip healthcare professionals with vital skills in airway management and respiratory support.
The workshop focused on empowering emergency and critical care physicians, anesthetists, intensivists, and residents with the latest protocols and techniques for managing airway and breathing in life-threatening situations. The program combined live demonstrations, simulation-based learning, and expert-led discussions to provide participants with both foundational and advanced knowledge.
Accredited with 2 Credit Hours by the Telangana State Medical Council, the program featured Airway assessment and planning, Basic and advanced airway devices, Bag-mask ventilation and endotracheal intubation, Difficult airway management strategies, Oxygen therapy, ventilation modes, and troubleshooting
