Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav's quick decision brought relief to a local person who met him during visit to Kariya village in Sailana Tehsil of Ratlam district.
A local resident, Poonamchand Bamniya, informed him that he had been cheated in a vehicle purchase through a finance company.
Taking the complaint seriously, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav took on-the-spot decision and instructed police officials present there to take action against the accused under relevant sections. Dr. Yadav consoled the applicant, Poonamchand, by hugging him and assured him that justice would be done.
Ratlam Superintendent of Police Shri Amit Kumar took immediate cognizance of the complaint and called for the case diary from the concerned police station. Upon finding negligence in the investigation, a show-cause notice was issued to the concerned Station In-Charge (TI), and an inquiry has been initiated.
